Exploring current practice and anaesthetic healthcare experiences of communicating with mothers and birth partners during neonatal resuscitation

We have conducted a voluntary online survey for all anaesthetic consultants, SAS doctors, anaesthetic trainees with obstetric duties and operating department practitioners / anaesthetic nurses working in obstetrics across Wales.

We are exploring current communication practices during neonatal resuscitation,  and how this might be improved. 

Staff experiences will inform principles of care, guidance development and resources for continuous professional development.
